A hub and source of information for Inner Spirit shareholders and stakeholders

CALGARY, Alberta (March 12, 2018) — Inner Spirit Holdings Ltd. (“Inner Spirit” or “the Company”), a specialty retailer and franchisor establishing recreational cannabis dispensaries across Canada under the Spiritleaf brand, today launched its new corporate website – www.innerspiritholdings.com.  The Company has already achieved significant milestones in franchising, strategic partnerships, investments, and a growing portfolio of proprietary brands and is pleased to share its achievements and future updates through its new web presence.

“With over 200 shareholders, 100 franchise partners and the goal of taking the Company public, we wanted to ensure that our digital presence was first class and matched the values of our Company and the people invested in us,” said Darren Bondar, President & CEO of Inner Spirit.  The Company continued its creative partnership with Flipp Marketing and worked collaboratively with their team to help create a web presence that captured the Inner Spirit community and can be a trusted resource for its stakeholders.

“As we approach the expected recreational cannabis legalization date, our focus is on ensuring that we have the best infrastructure and partnerships in place,” says Cecil Horwitz head of business development.  The Company is actively working on securing locations and licenses for its franchise partners and putting the final touches on its anticipated flagship store to be located near the Company’s headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.

Inner Spirit is simultaneously developing its premium proprietary recreational cannabis brands in collaboration with its strategic partner, Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp. (“Cannabis Wheaton”; TSXV:CBW) and carefully selecting the other products that it will feature in its stores.   “We are always identifying potential partners and diversification opportunities that will strengthen the offerings for our customers and provide additional value for our shareholders,” says Horwitz.

With the backbone of a passionate and growing community of stakeholders, strong strategic relationships and experienced management, the Company is well-positioned to become a leader in the prospective recreational cannabis market.
