Who is eligible to join The Collective?

To be eligible for The Collective, you must be of legal age in the province in which you reside and have current and valid government identification. No purchase necessary!

How do I join The Collective?

It's easy and FREE to sign up - visit your local Spiritleaf and chat with one of our trailblazing Concierge staff members. Once you're signed up with your full name and cellphone number, you'll automatically be rewarded! Every time you visit a Spiritleaf make sure you check-in with our staff to have your points updated. You will be able to keep track of your points using the personal wallet-app on your smartphone! Make sure to save the digital wallet on your home screen when you get your first text message with the link so you can review your profile, check your points balance, and style down with some FREE swag!

Why can't I find The Collective digital wallet in the App Store?

Due to Cannabis being federally illegal in the United States, app developers are unable to list and promote their app in App Stores. Despite this, we can use the wallet technology to improve your experience and take advantage of the digital advancements. The link is shared through a URL sent via text message when you first sign up, so do not forget to save this to your home screen so you can find it easily on your SmartPhone!

How do I find my local Spiritleaf?

Head to www.spiritleaf.ca to our LOCATIONS page and search in your local area. Spiritleaf currently has 48 stores across Canada and is growing weekly! We are proud to be locally owned and operated through our award-winning franchise model with proud partners.

What information do you require to create my Collective rewards profile?

We respect your privacy and only require your full name and cellphone number. We would love to add your email address to our weekly Spiritleaf newsletter to receive news updates, exclusive offers, and event invites. If you are interested, let your Spiritleaf Concierge know when you sign up. We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal information collected by our Collective wallet to third parties, it stays with Spiritleaf only.

Does The Collective still work if I shop at different Spiritleaf's?

Yes! This unique feature of our program allows you to collect points at participating Spiritleaf locations*. You will receive text message updates from each store you shop at, but don't worry - we only send one text per week and you can unsubscribe at any time. *Please note that due to provincial regulations in British Columbia, residents cannot receive points or rewards, but we can let you know about new products and great deals!

What if I don't want to receive text messages?

We appreciate your participation and respect your privacy. Our program allows you the ability to opt-out by replying "SL420" to any text message we send. This will opt you out of our texting list and disqualify you from receiving updates and special offers, but you will still be eligible to collect points and redeem for rewards.

Is The Collective related to Spiritleaf Select & Collect?

Spiritleaf has a robust online marketplace through www.spiritleaf.ca where you can Select & Collect for all your Cannabis and Cannabis accessory desires and pick up in-store on your schedule, during business hours. Please enter your cellphone number in the Select & Collect check out prompt to receive your Collective point once you arrive in-store to pick-up your order!

How do I start earning points with The Collective?

Sign up and check in with a Spiritleaf Concierge every time you visit a Spiritleaf and you'll be able to track your points in your digital wallet on your smartphone. You will earn 1 point per visit and no purchase is necessary!

When will I receive my point?

Your Collective point will show up in your digital wallet within 24 hours of your visit to Spiritleaf.

Can I transfer points to someone else?

Sorry, the points through this program are non-transferable.

How do I access my profile/ I did not receive a text; or I deleted the text, how do I access my profile?

When you first sign up for The Collective you should receive a text message with the URL to link to your personal wallet. If you did not receive this, our Support Center can help! Email us at marketing@spiritleaf.ca with YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME AND CELLPHONE NUMBER. Once we process your request, we will send you a new text with the link. This may take up to 48 hours, so please be patient.

Where can I find my redeemable points?

Your available points are viewable in your personal wallet-app! At the top of the first tab with the award symbol, look for "Collective Rewards # Points Redeemable.

How do I redeem my points for rewards & experiences?

Once you have earned enough points for a Spiritleaf reward, take a look through the awesome options on the wallet-app and select the item(s) you would like to receive. Once you select an item you will see a pop-up asking if you would like to 'Return to Wallet' or 'Proceed to Offer'. Select 'Proceed to Offer' to finalize your redemption and get ready for your delivery to hit your mailbox anywhere within 10- 30 business days. Don't forget to update your home address in your profile on the wallet or else we won't be able to ship you your reward!

How do I know how many points I need for each reward?

The wallet-app has a detailed catalog you can explore with photos and descriptions of each item available. Act fast – our items sell out quickly!

Why doesn't The Collective give rewards of Cannabis or Cannabis accessories?

Health Canada has strict regulations against rewarding consumers with either Cannabis or Cannabis accessories. In the interest of remaining compliant, Spiritleaf offers exclusive alternative reward options. You won't be able to find this product anywhere else!

Where do the rewards ship from?

Your rewards are hand-packed daily and carefully shipped from Spiritleaf's Support Centre in Calgary, Alberta to you - our awesome Collective member!

Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same transactions?

Yes! Gift yourself, or share with friends!

How will I receive my reward?

We ship exclusively with Canada Post so that we can reach all of our members, regardless of where you live. Your package will arrive in your personal resident mailbox, or community parcel locker.

I have purchased items before joining The Collective. Can I still earn points on my previous transactions?

Unfortunately, the points are only earned once you sign up to be a Collective member and are not retroactive.

How do I update my profile/account info?

When you open up the Collective wallet-app on your Smartphone, click on the icon of the person, scroll down and enter your information in the boxes below. This will automatically save, and your profile will be updated. It is important to have your shipping address correct, as we do not want you to miss your reward!
