Frequently Asked Questions

The Spiritleaf Support Center receives many inquiries everyday through email and social media about our stores and the products we carry.  Below are some of the most commonly asked questions:

  • Where are the stores located?

There are several stores open currently now in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario which are licensed to sell Cannabis.  We have 50+ stores that are currently under construction and are waiting for final government approvals.  Our customers will be the first to know once we receive that authorization and are open for business!  Please subscribe to our newsletter or check the location page on the website for updates on store openings.  Follow the link for more, http://bit.ly/2O1WG9B.

  • What products do you carry and what are the prices?

We are not allowed to directly advertise products or pricing information, as per Section 17 (1), section (a) of bill C-45.  Although the regulations are interpretive, we choose to be safe.  We recommend you visit the store for details.  Follow the link for store addresses and telephone numbers, http://bit.ly/2O1WG9B.

  • Do you have CBD products?

CBD dominant products are typically in stock at all Spiritleaf locations, if supply is available.  Please be aware it is not possible to eliminate all traces of THC from these products and could result in a positive drug test.  Read this helpful article on The LEAF for more: http://bit.ly/2Z1N5kH.  The store staff can suggest products that provide a certain experience but cannot comment on medical use.  Please check the locations page on the website for updates on store locations in your area.  Follow the link for more,  http://bit.ly/2O1WG9B.

  • Do you sell edibles?

Food based edibles are not yet available through the Canadian government and these won’t be regulated and available for sale until later this year.  However, there are ingestible oils available in both THC and CBD formats.  Please check the locations page on the website for updates on store locations in your area.  Follow the link for more,  http://bit.ly/2O1WG9B.

  • Do you sell concentrates?

At this time concentrate products are not yet available through the Canadian government and these won’t be regulated and available for sale until later this year.  These types of products include: shatter, wax, crumble, rosin, combustible oil, budder etc.  Please check back later this year for these developments.

  • Do you sell topicals?

Cannabis infused topicals are not yet regulated by the Canadian government and these won’t be regulated and available for sale until later this year.  In the mean time, we can suggest making your own at home.  See link for instructions, http://bit.ly/2Stf5yc.  Please check back later this year for these developments.

  • Can I order online and have product delivered?

  • Are you hiring?

  • Do you have a recycling program?

Waste produced by the Cannabis industry is a real concern and to address this Spiritleaf is currently working together with Tweed in their TerraCycle program.  This program recycles any and all Cannabis packaging purchased from any and all licensed retailers.  However, it is only available in certain locations depending on the regulations in each province.  For more information please check out this link, https://www.tweed.com/en/our-story/recycling.
