SNOW DOME [LA CONFIDENTIAL]
Producer: Aurora Cannabis
Labeled as: THC 16% and CBD 0.50%
Rated 1 (low score) to 5 (high score)
Packaging/Weight: Rating the packaging a 3. The product weighed just under the 5 grams that was ordered, which is within Health Canada standards and was delivered quickly. This producer sends the dried Cannabis in large, plastic containers which are hard to transport. The label does have the required information but is hard to read with the small print.
Look: Will rate this a 3.5. The flowers were small, dense and a deep green colour with a moderate amount of red hairs, which are called pistils. The buds came with some leaves still attached to the flower and could have been trimmed more diligently.
Smell: Giving this a 3.5. The most dominant terpene found in this strain is Alpha-Pinene, which is also found in pine and sage. This product also has a high level of Myrcene giving it a sharp, herb-like scent. The overall smell is moderate and very pleasant.
Taste: Rating another 3.5. This strain has a mild pine flavor, giving it a fresh taste. In this case, this product tastes the way it smells which is a benefit for consumers.
Comments: The producer says this is a pure Indica strain, which is difficult to find as most modern strains are now technically hybrids. In addition to this strain being an Indica species and because it has a moderate level of THC content it is best for evening use. This product is a good value for the cost and I would purchase it again, if available.
Grow Details: This strain is easy to grow and may get as tall as 6 feet, despite its species. It is known to produce a higher yield than average and flowers between 7 to 9 weeks. Possible lineage is a cross of Afghani and OG LA Affie.
