Much of its residential development are single-family homes and apartments, with a population of over six thousand.  For those who enjoy golf, there’s Jagare Ridge Golf Club, a first-class course with incredible scenery.  Or take a walk in nature by visiting the Blackmud Creek Ravine, which is just east of the area.  Where it's always sunny, this city really shines.
